We're absolutely delighted to have welcomed Natalia Kalacova to the Alchemy Virtual Assistant franchise family!
Natalia lives in Reading, Berkshire but has been commuting into London every day for the last four years. As a mother of two young children, a two-hour commute just didn’t suit her lifestyle anymore. After welcoming her son, Max, to her growing family in October last year, Natalia came to the conclusion that launching her own Virtual Assistant business would improve her own sense of wellbeing and allow her to spend more time with her children during those crucial early years.
"When you commute regularly, you miss the simple things like being able to pick your children up from school, and I no longer felt comfortable constantly missing out on those special moments.”
Natalia's career has enabled her to develop a wealth of vast transferable skills spanning across HR, Administration and Recruitment.
In addition to English, Natalia is also professionally proficient in Russian. She holds a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Level 3 Legal Secretary Certificate.
Natalia has been following Alchemy VA for several years, having first attending one of our Virtual Assistant Discovery Discussions back in 2020 and read our Founder Suzy's first book - The Alchemy of Virtual Assistance.
Having completed all of her initial Virtual Assistant business training and following her launch last month, Natalia’s career experience is setting her up for success with the businesses of Reading.
