Natalia's career has enabled her to develop a wealth of vast transferable skills spanning across HR, Administration and Recruitment.
In addition to English, Natalia is also professionally proficient in Russian. She holds a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Level 3 Legal Secretary Certificate.
Before joining the Alchemy Virtual Assistant family, Natalia worked as the People and Culture Assistant Manager for a high end London based Hotel chain where she also held past roles such as Executive Administration Assistant and Communications Agent. Prior to working for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Natalia worked as a Sales Consultant at a Currency Exchange Bureau at Luton Airport and then in Central London.
Natalia first came to the UK to study when she was only 19 years old. She found a job in a Irish pub to financially support herself through her University studies. She considers this to be the greatest challenge she has overcome.
Pizza is Natalia's favourite food. She wishes she could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
Something that not a lot of people know about Natalia is that she very much enjoys cleaning and sorting through items. She says it soothes her and likens it to meditation.
