PAUL SANDERS Alchemy VA's Managing Director
Paul became our Director of Operations & Finance in August 2018 and, with his experience and career history in debt management, credit control and call centre leadership, naturally ended up taking responsibility for the important back office systems, processes and finances.
Alchemy VA already had a reputation for award-winning remote administration and PA support but, for the first time, Suzy could now focus entirely on growth and development. Alchemy’s unique franchise offer was launched just over one year later, enabling carefully selected aspiring VAs to replicate build their own businesses under the trusted brand.
Paul stepped up to take on the role of Managing Director in 2021 to better support the smooth running and growth of the business whilst Suzy took some time out to adjust to becoming a mother for the second time.
Paul is immensely proud of the crucial role he now plays, as it means more resources, time, money can be thrown into further expansion. He supervises the growing Virtual Assistant franchise and Alchemy HQ support teams, and manages and evaluates all internal and external procedures – including supplier liaison, IT and systems development.
His logical and number-driven mind complements Suzy’s creative and people-focused ideas – keeping her grounded and validating her plans for commercial viability. Together they are the perfect entrepreneurial couple and have even more ambitious aspirations for the business.
Paul loves gaming, the great outdoors and remains focused on the notion of family. While working so closely with his wife might bring daily challenges, being a devoted father and husband means that Paul would not change anything for the world.
