Access to FREE Virtual Assistant support for businesses in Northamptonshire through UK Government funded project. 

The University of Northampton and Alchemy VA partner to bring funded Virtual Assistant support to SME’s across Northamptonshire. 
In conjunction with Northampton West and North Unitary Authorities, the Business Support team at the University of Northampton (UON) and the family run Virtual Assistant specialists Alchemy VA, whose head office is based in Northamptonshire, are offering five months of fully funded Virtual Assistant support to 50 eligible businesses across the county as part of the ‘Knowledge Exchange for Better Business’ project. 
 
“Alchemy VA now operate globally but Northamptonshire will always be our home. This partnership is a powerful one and we are incredibly grateful and excited to have the opportunity to make a huge positive impact to small businesses across the county in this way.” Said Alchemy VA’s Managing Director Paul Sanders who is heading up the project with Executive Franchise Hub Manager Sarah Damani. 
 
Believed to be the first time funded Virtual Assistant support has been offered in this way in the UK, the innovative partnership is part of a new approach by the University which seeks to help small businesses through a variety of tailored support elements, including academic knowledge exchange, internships, funded Chamber and FSB memberships, and other training services provided by additional partners. 
 
Funded by the UK Government UK Community Renewal Fund specialist Virtual Assistant support will be available to a limited number of eligible businesses from January 2022. 
 
Alchemy VA’s team of professional, dedicated UK based Virtual Assistants typically provide business support activities such as social media management, email and diary coordination, research and reports, document preparation and formatting, project support, customer and client experience services, event planning, content creation, stakeholder engagement, setting up or improving processes.

This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK 
Community Renewal Fund. 
 
The UK Community Renewal Fund is a UK Government programme for 
2021/22. This aims to support people and communities most in need across 
the UK to pilot programmes and new approaches to prepare for the UK 
Shared Prosperity Fund. It invests in skills, community and place, local 
business, and supporting people into employment.
