Virtual Assistant Milton Keynes

How has your year been?

I don’t very often write posts about Alchemy Virtual Assistance but as we approach the new year, I have found myself reflecting on 2019 and I wanted to preserve my thoughts here in our blog.

This year has been the most fast-paced, intense year ever!

We’ve achieved so much. A fellow business owner asked me recently why I thought that was...

Mostly, I think it comes down to good decision making and meaningful action. This year, I’ve had the confidence to allow my instincts to guide me and had the faith to keep pushing on with inspired and positive action. I have many people to thank for contributing to that.

So, here it is, our 2019...

Virtual Assistant Wellingborough
January - We practiced what we preach by expanding our associate team of professional Virtual Assistants.

February - We moved into our new office at home in Northamptonshire.

March - Plans REALLY ramped up with our Virtual Assistant Franchise

April – We went completely digital with our accounts, thanks to Mad Hatters Accountancy.

May - I was named 'Runner Up' for the second year running in the UK Virtual Assistant Awards, East Midlands region.

June - I followed my heart and agreed to speak at one of London's leading PA Networks on my journey from Executive Assistant to Virtual Assistant.

July - I started to share the news of our Virtual Assistant franchise with members of our free Virtual Assistant Community

August - We took a big family holiday and celebrated Paul’s first anniversary working at Alchemy Virtual Assistance.

September - We partied with some of Northamptonshire's Business elite at the Northamptonshire SME Awards. I was absolutely blow away to have been named the runner up in two categories - both Entrepreneur and Business Woman of the Year 2019!

October - A record breaking month, in terms of both financials and productivity.

November - We attended the Northamptonshire Business Awards 2019 organised by All Things Business and hosted by Stephen K Amos! We were very proud finalists for the Innovation Award, sponsored by Santander and Elevon.

December - We announced our first Virtual Assistant Franchise Hub. We are absolutely delighted to welcome Sarah Damani to the Alchemy VA family.

Throughout this year our network, partners, team and friendships have all strengthened, for that I’m incredibly grateful.
