Our Founder Suzy Sanders has become an accredited trainer, with the UK Society of Virtual Assistants.

Making Alchemy VA the first UK Virtual Assistant Franchise to achieve approval.

In 2020 our first Franchise Partner launched their Alchemy VA Franchise and today we’re proud to be supporting hundreds of remarkable clients through our thriving and dynamic UK wide franchise network.

This recent accolade only further demonstrates our commitment to life long learning within the Alchemy VA network as well as our ongoing advocacy for the professionalism and impact of the wider Virtual Assistant industry.

Suzy Sanders proudly leads, delivers and manages our accredited Virtual Assistant Launch Training programme and ongoing support structures, which in itself is a rarity. Giving Franchise Partners the opportunity to train with, learn from and be mentored directly by the individual who founded the organisation a decade ago and shaped the Alchemy brand into what it is today.

A life long student of human behaviour, our Suzy has spent many years operating in Learning and Development environments as well as being a certified coach, trained to professional level by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards. This experience combined with many years working with hundreds of small business owners and leaders in various capacities is all distilled of into our training.

As a very hands on and active Founder, Suzy’s person centric focus for the training programmes at Alchemy VA has two main streams of priority - practical know how and mindset mechanics. Giving our Franchise Partners a clear, simple and strategic practical tool kit from which to start, grow and run a flexible and high impact business. Alongside deeper, personalised mindset work to ensure the person implementing and operating our proven profitable business model is doing so from a balanced, aligned, confident and fulfilled state of mind.
