As another challenging yet fulfilling year supporting remarkable entrepreneurs and business owners draws to a close, it’s only right we allow ourselves a little space for reflection.

• We’ve continued to expand and strengthen our client base across various different regions and sectors, further cementing our reputation as the trusted, reliable and high calibre Virtual Assistant company of choice in the UK.
• We’ve reached beautiful new levels of revenue, client satisfaction and retention as well receiving recognition in a national awards program!
• We’re continuing to attract attention for all the wonderful things that make us who we are, and we’ve have been spotted in some great publications throughout the year.

• We’ve helped our magnificent clients reclaim hundreds of hours through streamlined processes and dedicated Virtual Assistant support.
• We’ve supported launches, rebrands, events, campaigns and overall business growth for social enterprises, charities, visionaries and change makers.
• Effective, efficient long-term partnerships have been further developed based on trust, confidentiality, and care.
• Countless client case studies and testimonials have been collected, as we continue to proudly showcase our collaborative, consultative approach and impact.
PEOPLE CENTRED
• Our core and franchise Virtual Assistant teams, have been expanded - carefully and strategically. Adding new skills, expertise, perspectives and personality!
• Lynsey Pirie launched her Virtual Assistant Franchise in Edinburgh in early 2025 and has had a truly successful year strengthening Alchemy’s roots in Scotland.
• Melaine Pollard became our 9th Franchise Partner, bringing our trusted and bespoke Virtual Assistance to businesses in Warrington.
• We’ve continued to explore our commitment to lifelong learning through various workshops, training programs, mentoring and coaching.
• All alongside further fostering collaboration and wellbeing across our remote UK based Virtual Assistant teams. Building on our positive, supportive and empowering culture.
INNOVATION
• With one eye on AI, we’ve broadened and enhanced our tech stacks and automation tools for smoothness, efficiency and to ultimately drive more value.
• We are working with AI but not removing the benefit of people - it's important to us to provide innovative services with a human providing the personal touch.
• New Virtual Assistant services and tailored packages have been implemented, rising to meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients
PURPOSE LED
• We’ve continued to champion ethical business practices, healthy work–life blends and truly flexible working. Our ethos has remained front and centre and we trust that this is reflected upon the service we provide to our clients.
• Various local and national charities close to our hearts have been supported. From Laura Barley raising funds and awareness for Meningitis Now to Suzy Sanders being appointed as Trustee for the Lewis Foundation.
• We’ve shared insights and advice through blogs, speaking engagements, and social media — empowering more small businesses to thrive!
• Suzy also returned as judge on the PA Life Awards panel - celebrating and showcasing business support professionals across the UK.
• The Alchemy of Alignment Podcast has continued into its second year. We’ve absolutely loved sharing and celebrating purpose and heart-led entrepreneurial stories across the globe in this way. Using our voice to amplify others!
LOOKING AHEAD
2026 will start on a high for team Alchemy as our phenomenal VA Franchise Partners gather together in person. Excitement and momentum is building for us to individually and collectively to rise to the next level of impact fuelled by our purpose…
