Alchemy VA started with two simple truths we learned the hard way:

Before Alchemy Virtual Assistance, we were operators ourselves. We were inside fast-moving businesses where growth was exciting… and exhausting. We saw talented Founders juggling sales, delivery, admin, hiring, and problem-solving... often all in the same day!We watched brilliant people burn out not because they weren’t capable, but because they were carrying too much alone.
We also saw the other side...
Virtual Assistants who were talented, driven, and capable - but stuck in broken systems. Underpaid. Underutilised. Misunderstood. Treated like task machines instead of strategic partners.
That gap bothered us....
Where the Idea Really Came From
Alchemy VA didn’t begin as “let’s start a Virtual Assistant agency.” It began as a simple question:
